Does the credit card address have to match the billing address or my home address?
I tried to purchase Dish Network service... My home address where I want the service is different from my billing address. But my credit card address is the same as my home address. The representative said my card address had to match my home address where I would be getting service, which it did, but it declined my card... So shouldnt my card info have to match my billing and not my home? Or does it even matter? I had the money on the card, and it is a child support card.
What is a VPN?
VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
